Hi,
I just bought a VeeCad license, a very nice tool that I use together with my Proteus design suite.
It works well via the Tango import/export feature.
What I would like to have are standard boards like those delivered with the LochMaster program by http://www.abacom-online.de/.
They have a really nice graph representation of the boards, but of course are graphic only, no netlist interface.
Another feature VeeCAD could have are rulers and a "big" cross cursor to facilitate alignment of parts.
Cheers, Fried

Welcome Fried, and thanks for your suggestions.  All user ideas are considered in planning for the future.

I intend to draw a "Tripad" board for users to download, where the strips are cut in 3 cell segments.  If you want a different type of standard board, let me know - but since VeeCAD handles only horizontal strip segments, it cannot show some custom board types.

VeeCAD uses only line drawing because you need to see "though" each component.  For example, users have the option to place breaks, links, wires and smaller components underneath components.
