V2.16.0.0 Router Bugs

V2.16.0.0 includes a more powerful router with a higher completion rate.  However, the router makes a one or two wrong connections on certain layouts.  I will release a fix as soon as possible, but in the meantime, the router is still worth using.

I forgot to move a resistor off-board before routing the links! So the router is OK - no known router bugs at present.
