Routing on donut boards
Sep 20th, 2022 at 3:55am

Dear all,

I'm using donut boards for all my electronic circuits. On donut boards I want to use links on both sides (I actually do this physically). But VeeCAD only allows me to link on single side. Using wires is not practical as it won't allow me to draw the path I want to take. Can someone help me ?

Thank you,
Harshana

Hello Harshana!

VeeCAD shows all links the same color and there is no way to indicate which side to place the link. Possibly you could load all the vertical links on top and horizontal links on the bottom. I should mention that if 2 links cross VeeCAD will not see this as a short circuit.
