I have a design using a NODENCU and a multiplexor and a number of sensors.  How do I get a NODENCU with pin identifiers onto a stripboard

I think you have a NodeMCU LUA WIFI ESP8266 Development Board ("DevKit") with 30 pins, and you wish to mount it on stripboard. I assume the DevKit board pins are on 0.1 inch pitch and will fit ordinary stripboard.
  • Is your question, "how do I make a VeeCAD outline for the devKit?"
  • Do you need a schematic symbol also, say for TinyCAD?

Making TinyCAD symbols and VeeCAD outlines has a learning curve if you haven't done these before.
  • For TinyCAD symbols, start TinyCAD and go Help -> User Manual" to see the online help. Look for the topic, "An introduction to libraries". The TinyCAD symbol editor can confuse at first.
  • For VeeCAD outlines, the help file topic "Tutorials -> Outlines" is easy to follow. Since you have a rectangular shape, a Celled Outline is easiest. The video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8DCBtyJGsQ covers this.
If you are stuck, please email me:https://veecad.com/contact.html and I will help out or make them for you.
